I have been ordering from this location since 1999 and it was always top notch. Last night I placed an order online for delivery of a Super Supreme and a regular cheese pizza. I'm watching the tracker and it justs keeps spinning, after 45 minutes I call to check on my order. The phone just kept ringing. The delivery driver arrives and says they won't talk to him and don't know when the order will be ready. Now I'm pisssed. The driver finally says he has the food and is on his way. The customer service is always good! Pizza is as expected all the time.
I ordered ahead and then drive 10-15 minutes to pick up. I then waited for an additional 40 minutes for my food. I only ordered one personal pizza. Not once during my waiting period did an employee stop and ask if we needed to check out. This location seems like it could you more staff and perhaps some urgency…
