Horrible customer service, made an order 4 days in advancce, called to verify the order the day prior and they still canceled it. Made me late for lunch with my daughter. Offered nothing for the inconvience. The time before i was charged for cheese sticks that they sold out of, said id have a 10 dollar credit, which was a lie. Owner is unprofessional and rude.

I haven’t always had the best experiences at this Pizza Hut, but my most recent visit completely changed my opinion. It’s clear that things have improved a lot over the past few months. The service felt more organized, and the overall experience was much smoother than before. The pizza was fresh, well made, and honestly one of the better Pizza Hut meals I’ve had in a while. Very good tonight! 02/27/26 So shout out🗣 to whoever is working! Pizzas all cooked perfectly, wings had plenty of sauce! Delivery boys are always nice and polite! If you haven't ordered in a while maybe give them another try!

Never had a great experience with this Pizza Hut before. But last night changed my mind. This Pizza Hut has changed a lot in the last few months. New manager is very friendly.
