Horrible customer service, made an order 4 days in advancce, called to verify the order the day prior and they still canceled it. Made me late for lunch with my daughter. Offered nothing for the inconvience. The time before i was charged for cheese sticks that they sold out of, said id have a 10 dollar credit, which was a lie. Owner is unprofessional and rude.

I haven’t always had the best experiences at this Pizza Hut, but my most recent visit completely changed my opinion. It’s clear that things have improved a lot over the past few months. The service felt more organized, and the overall experience was much smoother than before. The pizza was fresh, well made, and honestly one of the better Pizza Hut meals I’ve had in a while.
