Even though they where extremely busy, the manager was very helpful and apologized for the extra wait. Our pizza and wings where fantastic, no complaints.
Made my order at 3:50 and expected to pick it up at 6:30. After working a 12 hour shift , I was expecting to have dinner when I got home. I had to call the store to be put on hold for 20mins., I managed to drive all the way up there on hold and at 8pm my order still wasn’t ready.
They do not use gloves or hair nets. We were waiting for an hour and we never received our food the night we ordered.
I love when you call and the restaurant never answers their phone then when you do get connected the person hangs up on you multiple times. I’ve been trying for 30 minutes. This place has the worst customer service. Our delivery is an hour over the time it was supposed to arrive.
