HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIMES! This is not my first time experiencing a long wait for my pick-up order, but after a few months, I decided to give them another try. WRONG decision. I waited over 1 1/2 hours after the recommended pick-up time for my food and left with nothing! The "manager" was in the back frustrated and yelling on the phone for over an hour. Trash Service!!!!! Need to shut the place down.
This location needs to work on cleaning and keeping for out of the danger zone pizza was very cold
Very unprofessional never keep stuff in stock
Food and staff are much better under this new management. The throwback prices were very nice also.
