I know that these guys have just opened up and they are busy. I get it! I called and was hungup on twice. Third time I was left in hold for 35 minutes. I am very patient however, for future reference just take the order and let the customers know you are booming and say the order is going to be longer than usual. I can handle that, don't just leave the person on hold or hang up on them. Customer service is hard but I can really appreciate good quality service.

The customer service here is terrible and it starts with management. We placed an mobile order on the night of 09/01. Received confirmation that the order will be ready at 8:50pm. We arrived at 8:49pm, once we parked the Caucasian lady, which I assumed is the manager locked the door. My husband got out and told her we had a carry out order, she told him with an attitude to go around to drive thru and then made a comment to the employee who was inside. Update: Visited again. (I know 🤦‍♀️..it’s Friday and I wanted pizza.) Marinara sauce tasted funny. Ordered cheese sticks and a large pizza. I stopped eating the marinara sauce with the cheese sticks bc it tasted funny, but I hope I don’t get sick. Sauce on pizza also tastes funny. Pizza Hut partially covers their pizzas with cheese.
