Everything I expect of Pizza Hut - these guys did it!
Rude manager who didn't make the pizza I ordered correctly. I ordered extra sauce and all 3 pizzas came with light sauce. I calmly asked to remake it and showed the manager all three pizzas had light sauce under the cheese. She rudely responded she made them herself and me showing her the sauce didn't prove anything. I just sighed and got the store number and called to request a refund and filed a formal complaint with higher management.
