Ordered pizza, wings and cinnamon rolls at 8:11 pm, get text Door Dash will be delivering for them. I see Door Dash driver is waiting at location for 20 minutes, then cancels my delivery, 15 min later Pizza Hut cancels my delivery. No explanation, nothing. You call their phone number and the automated message simply tells you that your order has been received and hangs up, no info, no option to speak with anyone. There is a girl manager there that is rude and snooty messed up a $30 dollar order offer me a $15 credit had to go to my bank for full refund I called today to get that credit redeemed and she was still rude and snooty my entire order should have Ben replaced or refunded instead I had to deal with unprofessional atmosphere
