We have used this Pizza Hut for a decade now. We had more pleasant experience than bad and probably why you see a lot of great reviews. Even the times there was a mistake, they have always made it right, except for today. We did carryout and once we got home we realized we had the wrong pizza. We called up there and was told they were going to prepare a new pizza for us and to bring back the mistake pizza. We didn't ask for free food or our money back. We just wanted it to be made right.
