Waverly pizza hut is always great, staff are always friendly!
Received wrong pizza, when told night manager Shana this she told me they already re made the pizza, however it was incorrect also. Manager rudely told me No, That is what you ordered. I then suggested she look at my ticket to see the order. Toppings were not correct after all. Tried to tell me I had a different name and was complaining about my pizza being covered in peppers. Whoever so talked to had MY pizza and were complaining also. Did get credit finally, however not recommended.
15 to 20 phone calls in 30 minutes while i was trying to solve a mistake with our take out food accidently being left on the table. So I went in. I was told calls don't go through the store, it's through a call center. While the phone is ringing, as I'm calling it standing at the counter. Not a customer in the restaurant but Noone would ever answer the phone and they weren't pleased about being called out for lying about it.
