I sat at the window for 10 minutes without being greeted. I decided to go inside because maybe they were busy, I sat in the lobby for over 20 minutes (25 minutes past when the food was supposed to be ready) I still was not greeted or asked for a name. Need some form of customer service or management change.
I will say this I normally have a good experience but this time was so bad. I walked in and met with attitude and just nasty customer service. Than when I got to the hospital a the food was not right at all. The pizzas was not made right was supposed to be light sauce and seem like there was extra and one was a pepperoni they were raw and not cooked then the other one had like one or 2 pineapples on it.
