Tonight, the manager had to deal with customers that brought in outside food and drink. They proceeded to berate him and question their bill. He handled it very professional.. it's incredibly unfortunate that some people don't understand how businesses make their money. Y'all should be embarrassed of how you acted in front of your children while this man was trying to do his job. Thank you for your hospitality Matt
We visited Pizza Hut in Harrisonville tonight. I do want to give a shout-out to Gabriel, who did a great job helping us get the pizzas we were wanting. He was helpful, friendly, and made sure we got what we came in for. We really appreciated his customer service! Unfortunately, we also had an interaction with an employee named Matt that left us disappointed. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut, largely due to an employee named Matt. He came over to our table twice during our visit, and on both occasions his behavior was extremely rude and aggressive. His tone and demeanor were completely inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable while we were simply trying to enjoy our meal. Every time we go through Harrisonville we always stop at Pizza Hut. The pizza is always hot and good. The Submarine Supremo sandwiches are delicious. We love being able to go inside and sit down and eat. Not to many Pizza Huts left like this. Thank you Matt for the friendly and fast service. We will see you again on our next trip through.
Lunch buffet is back in Harrisonville. Sunday-Friday 11:30-1:00 Great variety of pizza, with pasta and cinnamon sticks. Every was steaming and fresh.
