I preordered my pizza two days in advance for a New Year’s Eve party at my house with scheduled pickup/carryout at Pizza Hut in Roland, Oklahoma at 7PM. I didn’t leave with my order until almost 9PM. When I got home with my pizza it was cold and three of the pizzas were made incorrectly. It was a terrible experience and will be contacting the manager. Always greeted upon arrival… Jonah at Roland location is very friendly and professional!
We love this place. We order pizza from here often and it is always ready quickly and just like we ordered. They are always friendly and gracious, when we pick up our orders especially the young man named Quintin.
