Truly the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had in a hometown. If you show up before the pizza has been fully cooked they just take right out and give it to you. Three times now I’ve gotten home only to pull an uncooked pizza out of the box. And I mean UNCOOKED. Cheese not melted. Dough still gooey. All they have to do is say, “sir, please pull up for five minutes” but they will not do it. I won’t order it again. Sewanee market is better pizza anyway.

Ordered Two pizzas and cheese stick over an hour before i came to pick it up, proceeded to tell me in a very condescending voice that people are ahead of me and it’ll be another 15 minutes. i tried to avoid that by ordering ahead and yet still have to wait 15 minutes on top of terrible service. Very disappointed with the managers, the previous management would have never let that happen.

Had just served a bus of students and coaches and understand there would be some chaos. So was going to be an hour to 90 minutes for the order... but as I waited I kept seeing the store really needs some love and attention to some cleaning details.
