Our experience was very disappointing. Our waitress only came to our table once to bring our drinks and never returned to check on us or see if we needed anything else. There were four people in our party, and we all ordered the buffet. Unfortunately, only a few pizzas were being brought out approximately every 10 minutes. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!! Horrible and unprofessional staff!!! We ordered some pizzas online. When we arrived, the staff gave our order to another customer and expected us to wait an additional 30-45 minutes. The staff didn’t want to give our money back until the manager stepped in. The shift leader needs to be reprimanded. This place is extremely unprofessional. You are much better off going to Coppola’s or Little Italy. The staff is much nicer there, and their pizzas are better anyhow.

It’s one thing to cheat adults, but to cheat kids is low. I haven’t been to this Pizza Hut and thought it would be a nice place to eat and my son to play while out truck was next door getting an oil change. My son spent 50 bucks and over an hour of game play to win over 1000 tickets for the Lego prize he saw inside. He so excited, that was until we went to purchase the prize we clearly could see in the container. The machine was showing “out of stock” for EVERYTHING.
