I ordered my food at 9:30 they don’t close until 11. Still haven’t received my order and they transferred it over to door dash this is ridiculous

We placed a mobile order tonight and ate our pizza in the restaurant. They had a lot of orders tonight with the holiday, but we did not wait very long at all for our pizza. A man came in to pick up his order while we were sat down and caused a scene over waiting 5 minutes to pick up his food. He yelled at the staff and demanded a refund when his order was just finished being put together. Jenna was the manager on duty, she handled the interaction well and was extremely calm.
