TL;DR Doors were locked 15 minutes before close and no refund. Disappointing. (this was on 2/15/25) Ok, so when you write a closing time would you expect for the store to only be closed at that time, right? I used to work in retail and I understand getting ready to close before you're actually closed when there are barely any customers, but we never locked the doors UNTIL closing time. The delivery was shown to be delivered betwern 6:27;and 6:37 but didnt arrive until 30 minutes later. The food was fine but compared to the other pizza places in the area it was priced higher. It wasnt that much better. Also when we called about it being late was just told they had no drivers . No apology or compensation offered.
