TL;DR Doors were locked 15 minutes before close and no refund. Disappointing. (this was on 2/15/25) Ok, so when you write a closing time would you expect for the store to only be closed at that time, right? I used to work in retail and I understand getting ready to close before you're actually closed when there are barely any customers, but we never locked the doors UNTIL closing time.
