This is not the 1st, 2nd, but the 3rd time!!!! I Order my delivery in the morning (10:00 am) while at work on break, for a delivery time between 5 and 5:30pm. I get the tracking thing saying all is good, and then next thing you know, I get an update (5 min after scheduled delivery time) that says it will be an hour later. I ordered two medium pizzas, and after I paid, I noticed a sign advertising a combo deal. I asked the employee why it wasn’t offered to me, and he said he isn’t allowed to mention it unless the customer asks, or he could get in trouble. Because of that, I ended up paying $26.36 (+ tax) for two medium pizzas, when I could have paid $21.99 (+tax) for a combo that included two medium pizzas, breadsticks, and a dessert. I ordered a simple Pepperoni and green onion Pizza, they couldnt get it right, they did not put green pepper on the Pizza. I then called to informed them of the mistake, they offered me a credit or another pizza, I said I will take the credit. The never game me a credit. So the next time Order, I will take what Im owed out of the drivers Tip. And I will do it untill I feel compensated.
