On our way back to Ohio, my 8-year-old daughter and I stopped at this Pizza Hut location for some one-on-one time after she spent a week at Miracle Camp. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and we were seated right away by the server. Before ordering, we quickly stepped away to use the restroom. Discriminates against service dogs
Long story short, pizza ordered took over an hour when told 30 minutes. Only to arrive cold and with a cat running around in the car of a door dasher (not in a pet carrier, but loose). I didn't contract with door dash. He apparently had 5 to deliver. Not sure what said cat was doing on all of our food whilst he was driving. I can tell you this...I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Cottage Inn or Freakin Pizza here we come!
Typical pizza hut but the folks who work there are not the nicest people. They treat costumers like they are an inconvenience. They would much rather stay behind the counter and talk to each other so loud you can hear their conversations at your table.
