Ordered delivery….. almost 2 hours later I had to call just to find out the store was closed. No call from the store prior to closing. Very disappointing. Not to mention a very upset wife who is pregnant and had a craving for pizza. Luckily I was able to cancel the order. Wish there was at least some communication. I could’ve figured something else out for dinner.
Unreasonably long wait times, and lots of mistakes. Staff is incapable of managing busy rush hour.
our order took over an hour to get here. it was all smashed and cold. I sent it back. the driver had no kind words for us or cared it was late and cold. never again will we order from you. your customer service definitely needs work
