Order extra sauce they barely put sauce on the pizza happens everytime I order they don't know how to satisfy a paying customer it's ridiculous don't recommend ordering here Casey's is right next door they are better
The food was hot and ready when promised, and the staff was friendly I rated 4 Stars (for service)... but both our pizza and wings were overcooked (extra crispy), since this is Pizza Hut and NOT KFC I rated 3 stars (for Food). Don't waste your time or money at this location
I want to give a shout out to Caitlyn at the Excelsior Springs Pizza Hut. I made a special request for the cutting utensils to be cleaned before cutting our pizza due to our dietary restrictions and Caitlyn answered by saying “I will back there and clean them myself and let them know.” I greatly appreciate that.
Not too shabby. They usually do a pretty decent job.
