Pizza is good but poor customer service. Driving through on a trip and we didn't realize dine-in Pizza Huts were still a thing. After placing a carry out order online, we decided to dine in instead. Lady was rude, had a an attitude, told us we could sit where we'd like and afterwards said we couldn't sit there bc she had to clean. After the poor customer service, we decided to leave and keep it as a carry out order.
Sean was the waiter he did an awesome job. The food was great Devon is the cook.
Went through the drive thru and she said my order wasn't ready so pull to the side and I'll bring it to you. Well 23 minutes later I called from the car and she said it was ready. She said she tried waving or getting my attention but I'm facing the other direction. So I go back to the drive thru and she gives me the order and never apologized for the wait or really anything. Her exact words were here is your order. This is my last time at Pizza hut. There are 2 other places that I can get a pizza and I will.
