I went to pick up my online order about 30 min after it opened and the door was still locked. I had to call and the one worker inside the building told me to come through the drive thru next time…
Ordered a large pizza. Requested that the crust be well done. I went to pick up the pizza ($20+). I asked for a packet of red pepper and was told they were $1.50 each. This is unbelievable, Papa Johns gives them to you. When I got home, the pizza was cold, and the crust was not cooked through. I had to put it in the oven and cook it. We were extremely disappointed. The It as Italian Pasta noodles was cooked all way,was hard.I had to finish cooking the pasta.Luckily,I have a microwave at work.Very unprofessional.
