Put a pickup order online at 710 and when I got to the store I told my order didn't go through even though I had a confirmation number.the worker was rude and informed me she couldn't give me a refund till Monday and it would take an additional 4 days for it to go through.i ended up having them make my order only to have the wrong pizza made, this was at 830 when I asked to speak with the manager she told what for I helped you already. This place has really gone down hill.
All tables were dirty. Floor not swept. Cashier with purplish hair and glasses is rude every time I go in.
Lady Angelica was rude. All employees where outside in the back. The place was very dirty. Step inside one was inside step outside Angelica said the door in on other side, told her I know but you all are outside. Extremely on professional.
My overall experience was awesome!!!
