No one would wait on us we stood for 10 mins before someone came to check
There's a 9/10% chance your pickup order will not ne ready when you arrive at the set time. I'm writing this while waiting for my order inside the restaurant. Just witnessed a customer come in and stand at the counter for 8 minutes without anyone coming to the register. He walked out and said he won't be coming back to this location.... Me either.
Drive through order was hot and fresh
Waited in lobby for 30 min just to be told I couldn’t get spicy marinara on my pizza. I have been able to get it on my personal pizzas at 3 other pizza huts but I had to wait 30 min in a crowded lobby to be told no at this one
Horrible customer experience from point of entry. Was looked over to accommodate people behind me who already had call in orders. Order was prepared with old doe thats was overly proof. poor meat. Order consists of pizza and wings no ranch. Asked for bar ranch was told no because it's for salad.
