If you want a great customer service experience avoid this place! Customer service does not exist here. We wanted tea to drink and the young girl told us, “ I am not making that today”. The buffet had the bare minimum on it. The salad bar had bare minimum. If I’m paying for a buffet I expect it to be packed full of several items to choose from. If i could give it no stars i would. my pizza tasted old and wasn’t hot when i received it. I tried to call the store, no answer. Not to mention i don’t know if they’re understaffed but almost EVERYTIME i have went for a pickup order or doordash i cannot get help. i have stood in there for 15 minutes before getting help before. It is rare that i get help or greeted as soon as i come in. Or even two minutes into me standing there. even if the store is empty.
