Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered pickup online. One pizza and one order of cinnamon sticks. The order was placed 15 minutes prior to my arrival so that it would just be getting ready when I arrived…or so I thought. We paid and sat at the window for over 30 Minutes waiting on the order. When it arrived, it was warm at best. No communication, no apology, no words at all…just barely warm food that had been sitting.
Food is great, atmosphere is good! Only thing, I wish the drive through would operate a little differently. If a persons order is not ready, they should not be allowed to sit and take up the drive through. Have them pull around or something. Those who arrive at the time their order is set to be picked up or even show up afterwards have to sit in the drive through behind that vehicle and wait, sometimes for lengthy periods of time.
Pan pizza is no longer pan pizza. It’s more like hand tossed and the hand tossed is more like a floppy version of thin and both taste weird now. Pizza Hut just keeps digging their grave deeper and deeper.
