Worst buffet I have ever had. The time was supposed to be from 11a to 1p. The buffet was empty, dishes were unclean, the ceiling was leaking water, just all around horrible. The customer service was even horrible.
I'm giving the food 3 stars just off the strength that's it's Pizza Hut, because we didn't get to eat anything.. The sign in the door says this place opens at 10 am. We got there at 11 am and they were just opening the doors. We had planned to eat buffet that pose to start at 11. Nothing was on the line except crumbs and meat from the day before. Wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is AWFUL. Ordered online. ONE ITEM. ONE… walk in and absolutely no one is up front, stood at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes before the cook that was mopping the floors realized. AND STILL DID NOT STOP. Manager comes from back somewhere and asks what the name is. Gives me my food after walking in a complete circle from where my, now cold, food was sitting…. Get back to my job and my food is UNDERCOOKED and not edible. This is crazy that this place is still running.
Sometimes you go in there and the music is a little too loud or the TV either which one they get going I really enjoy having a sit down because I love Pizza Hut to me. They got the best pizza in town and I really love their salad bar.
