The gentleman names Larry is completely inconsiderate and down right rude. I just wanted my correct order. And I got hell for trying to get it. Hope I will never havr to deal with him again.
Ordered food online. I went to pick up the food when it said it was ready for pickup, and the store was closed. I called the customer service but there was nothing they can do but leave a complaint with the store manager. Very terrible customer service and experience.
This whole outsourcing their phone orders to the Philippines or Thailand is an absolute disaster. No communication between the call center and the store. You will end up waiting on the delivery all night with a no-show. And don't try to call back to check on your delivery status or complain, you'll get the run around and hung up on every time you call.
Placed order at 930pm for delivery, expected at 10pm, nothing. Called them at 1030 to ask n was told order was rdy but wasn't assigned driver yet. It's now 11pm and they are closed, still no food. 2nd time this happened at this location & now my 3yo n 11 yo n her friend have nothing to eat for dinner. Calling corporate in the morning.
This was a joke. Ordered online for pick up, stated it would be read by 6:06pm, arrived at like 6:15pm to a entry way full of people that were not happy. I watched, who I assume was the manager, run around screaming, slamming stuff and throwing a grown woman tempted tantrum instead of just working.. when the computer up front froze she proceeded to come up and slam a pizza screen into it (because that'll get a few thousand dollar machine to work properly, ya know?).
