I paid for extra cheese, I can see the sauce through the cheese on half the pizza, look at the picture how thin the cheese is.. I paid $2.25 for extra and I'm pretty sure this is barely the normal amount of cheese. Are you guys running low? Do you cooks hate their customer's experience, do you not like repeat business? The cheese sticks are just as terrible half of them have so little cheese is just hard little crispy bits that had no where to melt.
Just got two pizzas from there and were barely baked, the dough was soft. Pizza Hut use to be good. I don't know what happened if it's management or what. The place was very busy and understaffed but there is nothing worse than a soggy pizza it was gross. If your going to be a pizza place get the pizzas right it's not that hard. Had to put it in the air fryer to eat it.
