We ordered delivery through DoorDash, but when our order arrived, we were missing the four drinks we paid for. We contacted Pizza Hut about the mix-up, but we were told it was up to the driver. Since the order was placed with Pizza Hut, I feel they should have helped make it right by either refunding us for the missing drinks or offering a solution. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved.
I used to eat here because my kids liked it (what kid doesn't like pizza). However it is so understaffed that the wait times are long, and the place is filthy.
The last several times we ordered for delivery there has been something wrong and or missing. Today was the first time I called to complain and was hung up on not very happy. I normally order 2 or 3 time a week from Pizza Hut I have a feeling it’s going to be a really long time before I order from them again
