Pizza was AMAZINGLY delicious. Customer service was really good. Slow service.

I ordered online for delivery at 6:30 PM. It is now 9:45 Pm. No response from anyone and no pizza. I’ve called over 4 times and did reach someone earlier, around 7 and 754 and the lady on the phone was VERY rude, she said “ it will get there when it gets there honey” her name is TINA. I am so beyond upset right now. Not only is the restraint closed, the customer service absolutely horrible, and i did I not recieve a refund. I would also like to add that when I did speak with ms. Did online for pickup. Had to wait. Food was overcooked and poorly made. Hard and burnt. Food barely was cut, cuts in the pizza didn't go all thr way through. Same for the breadsticks. Order wasn't correct. Missing correct sauces, only got one sauce. Missing wings. All the food was gross. The condition inside the restaurant was disgusting. Dirty. Garbage all over floor. Tables were dirty. Door was all greasy and full of prints. Waste of money.
