We were at a resort, ordered pizza online, neglected to communicate that we needed plates. My wife was not able to get through on the phone. Deliveries from Pizza Hut are restricted to main entrances, no room deliveries. The delivery was perfect. The food was hot, made correctly, and the driver anticipated our needs, brought plates. I did not get my 12 traditional wings with my order. I spent $56 and only got $29 back out of $100 bill but their delivery driver has been there five years. There’s always short staffed. They don’t answer the phone When the automated service guy sends me to the store to speak to somebody, nobody’s answering the phone.. Then she gonna tell me that she gonna credit me $10 when my 12 piece traditional naked wings was 19.98… this store is a piece of work order from somewhere else. Best bet. I am an uber eats delivery driver I called 10 minutes before they closed to make sure they have the order and no answer. I pulled up and the woman smiled and said “I canceled it” and closed the window in my face!
Food was over-cooked and arrived cold.
