I ordered a hand tossed large supreme pizza yesterday, and took it back to my house 8 minutes away (and my car windows were up to keep the pizza hot), and when I opened the box at home, the pizza looked like it was about 4 + hours old, it wasn't even hot at all, either. My wife said it tasted like a reheat. I thought the pizza was supposed to be fresh! It wasn't fresh, not even close. I saved the receipt, because me and that manager are going to have a talk about that.
I'm not trying to sound mean, but I don't know how else to describe her, but there is a red skinned white lady that manages this restaurant on first shift. I would advise anyone not to eat lunch at this particular restaurant, as she will definitely skimp on the ingredients. I've encountered her on more than one occasion and the situation wad the same all times. I order the melts every time I go here and she will give you mostly bread with cheese in it. According to the Pizza Hut app, they’re supposed to be closed at 12 AM. I placed the order at 10:30. Got there 15 minutes later to be told they’re closed by a worker that was nodding off .
