Was at restaurant on 7/8 must have been a special with personal pan pizzas,very very disorganized and no one could keep up with the orders people lined out the doors and getting very hostile. I have never seen such disorganization before,after a hour of waiting on my dine in order I left with out my pizza, did not feel safe to stay at the restaurant any longer. Novella incoming....Ordered and paid online for pizza, wings and breadsticks, was told 15 min. 25 minutes later pizza is chillin in the hot box, wings were not available because they were cleaning their frier at 4:30 pm on a Monday? And the breadsticks went in the oven as i arrived. As one may expect, the confusion regarding the fact that i had paid online for food the establishment didn't have the capacity to deliver was a completly new saga.
