I went there the other day and I ordered 2 personal pan Pizzas... A lady named Tay took my order and she was Super friendly, always smiling and very nice. Her appearance looks like she very well kept and super clean.. She took the time to make my pizza herself. She washed her hands and put on gloves before touching my food.. and she also washed her hands and changed her gloves before taking my pizza out and cutting it.. That's a Chefs kiss for me... Came from Tuscaloosa and this was the best pizza ever!! Ms Tammy, the manager is amazing and all the employees had great customer service. Pizza was delicious we asked for extra cheese and Lisa one of the employees delivered. Best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had and would 10/10 recommend.

The woman manager at night is clueless. Unorganized, can't find pizzas, poor quality. 6 times in 3 years, I'm done with them. This place and their website is a disaster. The app loses orders, logging in requires the I'm not a robot capture everytime. What a hassle. Calls go to a nation wide answering service which sometimes answers.
