I frequent this location quite a bit and in the past month, pizza has not been ready on time but last night 8/27, the service was horrible. I placed my order at 7:47pm via app. I get there at 8pm, the employee let's me know it's in the oven. App says it should be ready by 8:02pm. 8:19pm, the lobby is full, absolutely NO ONE is communicating with the front counter.
