Went to pick up our order and the girl at the front desk was really rude, very temperamental. She was running around, yelling at staff and customers. Made it very uncomfortable to say the least. Didn't want to give me my order she acted like I wasn't even there and told staff to put my food in the fridge area while I was right in front of her.
I ordered delivery for 43.00and paid for it with my debit card and never received the food. Upon contacting them they told me 3 times the manager was not there and 2 other times they told me Jeff the manager would call me That never happened. So I'm out 43.00 charged to. My debit card .no refund and no food. Paid $35 for a large 2-topping pan pizza and an order of breadsticks. Once I arrived at the hotel to eat, I realized that there was no sauce with the breadsticks, nor was there any seasoning/toppings on the breadsticks. Reached out to Pizza Hut for customer service follow-up given the store was closed. It’s been almost a month with zero response. Chose Pizza Hut over others because the name implies quality.
