Service has never been great, food is ehhh should be a lot better. You can catch them on good days and you may get lucky. Pizza Hut is a franchise should be so much better. Pizza is swimming in grease, just not the best pizza at all.

Incompetent. 2 hours after ordering a delivery, it has yet to arrive. We visit the area 4 to 5 times a year. Will never eat here again.

The pizza is half way decent when it's fresh but the service is so bad. You can tell they don't care about customer satisfaction.

i was calling and nobody answered the phone and I drove to pizza hut and the lady was rude and i ask how long that it would take and she said I have no clue then another young lady came out from the back and her uniform was NASTY NASTY and then she said a little over two hours what kind of service is that they did have a plenty of help they were just plain LAZY you want a job work and not be lazy pluse it is a restraunt and you eat there keep it clean and have respect. I will no longer eat at this pizza hut

I ordered a pizza and a 2-Liter, not a complicated order. My pizza arrived but no drink. I called them and let them know of the mistake and they said it would be on it's way. Over an hour later, still nothing. I called and spoke to the manager who made no apologies, just said "well, I've got a driver heading out that way right now, want me to have him bring you one?" Pizza Hut joints usually conform to certain minimum standards, but this one is an exception. We walked in the front door for dinner and found ourselves standing at the back of a line of people who had come to pick up their call-in orders. No one greeted us and offered to show us to a table. No one even acknowledged our existence. The employees on duty appeared to be young, female, fat, and in no hurry to render anything that we commonly think of as "service." So we turned and walked.
