Worse place to eat at! Need new staff
This place is making pizzas without gloves!! I literally watched the employee add cheese wipe his bare hands on his shirt then add some pepperoni! I told the staff and the response given was "Ive only been working here for five days" something has got to change!
My order was WRONG! I order a medium supreme pizza... I got a medium pepperoni,/ sausage. I can't call Pizza Hut in Franklin, VA because they are not taking calls. This is ridiculous! This is the second time in 6 months that I had a problem with them. I am not going back. This is BAD customer service!
Food was cold and I waited 30 minutes for my order. Manager did nothing to accommodate my wait time. Poor service
