Every time we come here there is always something we order online after waiting 2.5 hours to order in store they messed it up we got lg pep only got lg cheese this time ordered waited few minutes after the time get there dude on phone just spent 20 minutes there jyst to pick up and pay worst pizza hut around
I placed an order online. To get to the store and find out my order has been canceled. This also happened to my husband last week. The customer service is horrible. I’m looking online thinking my order is being prepared and I get to the store to pick up and I’m told my order has been cancelled. This is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.
