2nd time where we waited 2 hours for the pizza to even show. No one answers the phones, and the food is always not cooked well enough. 0/10
What in the world happened to Pizza Hut? They used to be the BEST !! No they rank down there with frozen pizza and Lil Ceasars.... I have been disappointed every single time by this location... rude staff, poor quality food....long wait times, one time I tried to pay, and they wouldn't accept cash, they said I had to pay with card... Hopefully, they will shut down and a decent pizza shop can thrive
At 5:30 we ordered boneless swings to pick up at 6:30. At 7:30 the counter person asked us what our order was for again? At 20 minutes to 8:00 they finally had the order ready. I would never go back there again. They're not only slow. They can't get the orders right and they have an attitude that they don't really care.
Waited an hour and a half for a cold pizza to get delivered. Called in asking where the order was 3 times and the manager was acted like nothing was wrong. Guess this is normal to him.
