Had to back up and drive over the alarm again to get someone to come to the window. Not cars in the parking lot so they weren't busy.

Is it just me or is the bread stick crust not as moist or as soft as it used to be? I ordered the $19.99 trio and unfortunatly neither the thin crust buffalo chicken pizza nor the thin crust pepperoni barely have any sauce or cheese on it. It looked like it sat under a heat lamp and was dried out. It taste fake. I was expecting saucy cheezy pizzas. I was at Pizza Hut for a fire inspection, and I was impressed by how well the staff worked together. They actually enjoyed being around each other. The rest of the building feels updated and up-to-date. They remodeled just last year, and it looks cleaner and brighter than before. The new layout makes it easy to walk in, place an order, and head out without feeling overwhelmed.
