No table service! You order at the counter. They practically fling your food on the table. You have to go up and ask for plates and get your own napkins. Not the Pizza Hut experience I remember.
I ordered for a veggie pizza and told them for clean cut. They served the pizza with multiple pieces of ham/meat. when I notified it, they tempted to show some excuses with an unapologetic tone. I have a horrible experience, vegetarian people or who never want ham, extra careful about eating in this store
I ordered a cooked pizza, not a partially cooked crust with raw cold toppings. I had to cook the pizza when I got home. Just wrong, and it tasted gross. I cooked the piece on the right, the slice on left was how the pizza was given to me uncooked. Not acceptable folks.
