Got there at 8:16pm. Was told they couldn’t do half of the crusts because they close at 9:00. Which is whatever, then the whole time they were upset because they closed at 9 and people just kept calling as they put it. They were getting calls at 8:30 and were not answering because they were closing at 9. They said last call was call at 8:40pm. Went in last night and there was no customer service. So I asked if I could sit down at a table and nobody ever came to take my order or ask what I wanted to drink… No service at all. After almost 15 minutes, I decided to walk out and go across the street and eat at Charley’s. This is basically a management issue… If you don’t have enough workers, maybe you should consider treating them better, paying them better, and maybe just doing the right thing.
