Update 6/14/26 After further thought about this particular incident that occurred at the Pizza Hut in Boonville on 6/13/26, I feel a need to express additional concerns to the owners. It is my hope that they are looking at these reviews & taking action when necessary. You have a manager at the Boonville store location who has a history of being abusive to paying customers. The manager here who was there on July 13, 2026 between the hours of three and five, is both incompetent and rude. She was training an employee who accidentally charged us four times for one pizza and 10 breadsticks. This was done over the phone with credit cards and we were continually told cards were declined. I arrived at the location while my significant other was still attempting to make this order on the phone. Went in tonight for the first time in several months. We had ordered online through the app. The full meal was done and ready exactly at the time the app showed. The manager said she was out of ranch and put marinara in with the bread sticks instead. I asked if we could trade for garlic butter and she was happy to do that for me. The food was hot, fresh and extremely hard to not eat on the drive home.
