I’ve ordered from this location so many times and normally I have a good experience. However, this time I’ve sat in the drive through 15 mins without even being acknowledged. I saw 3 people on their cell phones and look over at my family and walked to the back. This happened last time as well. If we order delivery usually not many issues. They have messed up our orders a few times. But it seems to be the carry out we have the most issues with the staff. Its a pizzahut built with a tacobell next door, standard pizzahut.
Normally I don't do this but, I ordered food and paid for it online to have it delivered to me. The Estimated delivery time was 4:28PM, the guy got here at almost 5PM. It's sad because I live on base and it shouldn't take that long.
Timely, well made and polite. I had a very good experience from this chain pizza place.
Food was cold. Maybe it was stored in a refrigerator before delivery. Never aga8n.
