I ordered a pizza and they said they came to my door and knocked multiple times and no one answered. I was sitting next to the door for a hour and 20 minutes nobody knocked then they proceeded to to say they called me but ofc they put the wrong number down terrible service it's late and they did not feel like delivering so they made stuff up to make it seem like they tried. Terrible service!

I came in for the new cheesy bite pizza. I told the associate, who seemed new, that I’d like to add onions to the order. I get the order and it comes out with just onions and no pepperoni. I check the pizza and notice the lack of pepperoni and point it out to the employee. He goes and grabs someone who I come to learn is the GM of this location. The gm told me the employee did nothing wrong, so they would not be remaking the pizza. I ask the employee if she was saying I did something wrong, to which she refused to answer. Sh... read more
