Had to go pick the order up personally after waiting one hour and fifteen minutes and seeing it was still in the oven on the tracker. Called to check order status and was told lack of drivers had the order sitting waiting to be delivered... obviously getting cold. Was assured order was hot in-store upon arrival to attempt getting a hot pizza. It was room temp at best when arriving back home and checking personally. Waited 10 minutes for an order past the pick up time. This store has a bad culture and the owners/operators dont give a crap. Not only did they not greet anyone when we entered.I stood at the counter for 10 mins with no help while my order got cold. The only way to fix it is to not support this place no one apologized for the wait nor was my food hot. I can't give 0 stars, but I would.

Could not eat there. All the tables dirty and not one customer there. Why? Maybe the establishment won't pay for enough staff. I'm going to blame owner or corporation. Someone needs to report it to health inspector. People you are eating on dirty tables.
