Placed an order to pick up. I Went to pick up and was told that they didn’t have an order. I was told The order was sent to STARKVILLE. So, I Went to Starkville. I Was told there that there was no order for me there. I was told I wouldn’t be charged because we didn’t get our food. Surprise, got charged anyway. Had to go back to the store to get the refund. I was then told they found out they had the order the whole time. It had been entered under the wrong phone number. SMH.Â
