Food is always good but the young lady at the front by the name of Deandre no need for huffing and puffing at customers. When I’m asking for clarification and she just huffed and puffed I hate I had to post this hopefully this will educate the staff about customer service
Placed carry out order, first pizza got “lost”. Second pizza was incorrect at that point I just asked for a refund. Kitchen staff was all over the place. One person taking care of the drive thru and front counter. A pizza pan fell on the floor workers walked over it didn’t bother to pick up. When someone finally picked it up the put it with the other pans but didn’t see a dish washing station. I did get a refund. Not location but app ordering was incorrect and no way to report an error. Just don’t use the app.
