The food here was exactly what you want from Pizza Hut—hot, fresh, and tasted great. However, the setup is incredibly misleading. From the outside, the building looks like a traditional sit-down Pizza Hut, but it is actually strictly for to-go and carry-out orders. While we were there waiting, we saw multiple other groups walk in expecting to sit down and eat, only to be disappointed. Not many pizza options in Vandalia but each time I've ordered from this location when passing through for work....its always been top notch and what you would expect from Pizza Hut back in the day. Many locations should send their employees to this store for training...because these employees do it right, all-around. Even when picking up my pizza i looked at all the other pizzas coming out of the oven and being prepared and they all looked and more than likely tasted as good as my order.
