Long wait times. Terrible service. They transfered some terrible employees from the plover location and service is not good. They had completely forgotten that I was there to pick up the order and didn't even give me the order when the food was done.

The pizza I ordered was good, the chicken Alfredo that my GF ordered wasn’t really hot, she wanted breadsticks they gave cheese sticks, the server never came & check on things. Just poor service & food quality. Will not be coming back.

Why was there No Pizza Sauce on my Pizza! The pizza came out a half an hour late with no pizza sauce... Obviously I did not notice this until I got home. The receipt clearly states marinara sauce on it and if they were out of marinara sauce they should have called me and asked if I wanted a different sauce. Instead there was no sauce on my pizza! How can you call a pizza with no pizza sauce!!!!!

I'm not sure about the older reviews, but my experiences in the last few months have all been very good. Hot, fresh, food. Made quickly and correctly. Now, wether or not you like what the Yum Brand has done with their menu is a different story. But this store makes it the way it's supposed to be made. I usually do to-go orders, so I don't have much interaction with the staff, but they seem friendly and courteous from my small amount of time in the store.
