Literally unbelievable. I called to place an order, once I placed the order, dude hung up on me. Called again- this time a woman answered and took my order, then when I went to go pick up my order they claimed my order didn't exist. Unbelievable. There's a papa John's up the road- I recommend goin there instead. I will never order food from here again
If I could give 0 stars I would. Pizza was delivered so soggy, floppy, lacked the correct ingredients I paid extra for. Home sick and all I wanted was a pizza. Then I call and get hung up on twice. On hold for 25 minutes, no answer. So I drove up to return the Pizza. Can't give me a refund. Only Pizza credits. Why would I want more food from this place when they cant even cook a pizza correctly??????
Service was quick and perfect LADY NAMED LINDA WAS GREAT
Ordered, didn’t receive an item, then waited on the phone for an hour after calling to get absolutely no one from the store. Customer service is non existent and would leave me to believe the employees of this business care less about the customer service experience and store impressions then they do about quality control.
Open late when most other places are closed. Meat lovers pizza is a still a favorite 30 years after I had my first one. Very friendly service. Dinner was great for ordering at 1045. The manager was nice and helpful with my order. In an era where restaurants don't feel it policy to make food for the duration of their open hours, in order for staff to leave early or 'at close'. Pizza hut is does not do business like that.
