This is the worst store I've ever been to the older guy in the back has an attitude with everyone wants to argue with them for 30 plus minutes when you have proof of your order refuses to make the food or refund it because he can't see it in the system! Waited almost an hour for an order that was scheduled for pickup at 7pm for them to forget some of my order and then try to charge me for it when I go back in to get the missing items! Waited for 2.5 hours and still never got our pizza after being told multiple times they would get it out. Manager is too worried about walking around sucking on a sucker.

We greatly miss the aesthetic appeal of the previous building and strongly suggest its reconstruction. The ambiance was far more relaxing. Since the relocation, we have ceased patronage and have no intention of returning. The current location lacks the charm of its predecessor. While cleanliness is maintained, the overall atmosphere is unappealing. We express a preference for the design of the original Pizza Hut and urge consideration of a similar architectural style for future establishments. We hope that this sentiment is ... read more
