I was argued down because I wanted a pizza with a different sauce. The phone etiquette is horrible and for whatever reason a manager is never available. I went to domino's whom I do not care much for, but I will gladly hand over my money to a business that caters to its customer's desires and delivers outstanding customer service.
Experience #1- Went to dinner buffet, requested a Supreme, was told a Supreme could not be put on the buffet. Got a refund and left. Experience #2- Ordered Pan Super Supreme w/japs for pick up. Was charged for Pan Super Supreme w/japs but received Hand-tossed Supreme W/O japs. Argued with the 18 yo pimple-faced manager for almost 20 minutes about the difference between what was ordered and what was received and was offered a $1.00 refund and a side cup of cold japs.
