New vibe with extra special customer service. Great food
My family and I stopped by Pizza Hut for the buffet, and it turned out to be a really great experience from start to finish. We were seated quickly, which we always appreciate when we’ve got my son with us, and the service throughout the visit was excellent. Our server was attentive without being overbearing — drinks were refilled promptly, and every request we made, including specific pizzas we wanted to see come out fresh, was handled with no issues at all. The buffet was about adequate although most of the pizzas were tough and it took along time to get fresh ones put out. The radio or what ever was supplying the music was so loud we could not hold a decent conversation. The server was good. We are from Longview and we’ve decided we will make the drive from Marshal to Longview anytime we want pizza again. We will not be coming to this again.
It was awful the sevice was really bad then when i went to pay the rude little girl threw her pen at me. I so wanted to give her an attitude adjustment. This was in marshall tx around 2:30. They spent their time on cell phones, outside eating. I will never go back.
