Placed an order through the answering service and was told it would be ready in 15 min. Arrive 20 min later they cant find my order anywhere in the system. Then want to act like im to blame like I must have ordered at the wrong place when I was specifically told this address. Then the manager comes out and wants to get smart with me bc their answering service obviously lied and didnt put the order in.
