Placed an order online, came into the store waited about an hour for no updates. All workers in the back, people came after me got their food faster, lobby of 4 people and just stuck waiting for a simple pizza… never again…
Ordered cinnamon sticks arrived minutes after the app said they were ready after arriving they weren’t ready waited another 30 mins. During all of this time staff were cursing and was upset i was curious about my wait time, highly upset don’t recommend.
Order at 4 for pickup at 430 and I go inside at 425 to like 10 people waiting. It’s been 20 mins with no one at counter and the person in the back came out twice. Not a hey sorry about the wait or sorry we’re short stafffed. Every time I go to a Pizza Hut the place old and crappy but I only came because my son begged for it
We stopped and picked up three pizzas for dinner due to a power outage. All of the pizzas were disappointing. The crusts were not crispy at all and the toppings all low quality. I have had better quality frozen store brand pizza than these. It was disappointing to see how far this once iconic pizza chain has fallen. Clearly quality is not a priority. The only upside was that the staff were polite and friendly. We will not be returning to this location or likely any Pizza Hut location in the future.
