Literally the worst pizza establishment in pizza Illinois. Too bad there's not a zero rating. After order was delivered missing half the items, their "call center" couldn't get me through to the store. So I had to drive in and they refused to refund the items, my only option was to call the store the next day and wait until they made the rest of my food or I could leave without it. This black female without hair always super slow. She also cancels orders in evening hours when she doesn't want work hard.
Put in an order at 5:45 to be delivered by 6:15, over 2 hours late on a delivery and trying to get a hold of someone from the store is seemingly impossible. I would recommend you eat ANY where else if you plan to do so the day you put your order in
I do not know what happened to Pizza Hut, but don't order delivery. It'll be cold and the doordash driver, yes, you heard me the doordash driver, not the pizza delivery person, is it very disconcerting situation, especially since doordash, has multiple lawsuits against them for home.Evasion rape etc
