I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Pizza Hut. The pizza was undercooked and overly greasy, and my request for light pepperoni was ignored. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t plan to return.
welp…..what can i say? visiting and saw an actual ‘hut.’ Excited until we went in. all tables and chairs are stacked in the corner. no indoor seating. seems like a big waste of space. but guessing by the reviews I’m glad we turned around. went to Big Italian downtown- much better.
New cheesy bites crust, it sucks. All cheese melts out of the crust. Leaves just burnt cheese and dough.
Very bad service, order something and not send it. And then I called and they did not anything, and neither did they return my money.
