Placed a order for pickup pizza was ok ,ordered bone in chicken wings traditional, hot got boneless chicken wings honey BBQ no sauce for bread sticks went back for sauce/got home called back for the chicken hot employee got it wrong tried to blame me give them a 0 if I could
No hard copy menus, and pick up only. Floors needed cleaned. I felt bad for the one employee as she was the only employee for the 40 minutes I was there. It took her 4-5 minutes to even tell me know hard menus, as she was taking 4 items out of the oven ,cutting and boxing them. She was nice and professional. Another guest arrived for picknup,it wasn't ready yet so we sat in the 4x10 lobby waiting. We had a disaster trying to order from a competitor. In a pinch to feed a party of people, Pizza Hut on North Main St in Rittman came through! Their staff was amazing! They understood our situation and they pulled all their staff to get us our large order in less than half the expected time. Thank you to all of the staff for being so accommodating and timely. You save the day.
